Studio Manager Receivables
You can track your receivables in the Invoices module of Studio Manager. Whenever you receive a payment, just find the applicable invoice record and click on the Payments tab. Then simply:
For payment in full, enter the date paid.
If they make a partial payment also enter the amount paid in addition to the date. That’s it.

Any number of payments per invoice can be tracked.
Aging and More. Studio Manager has regular receivables reports displaying outstanding invoices in a list, as well as an Accounts Receivable Aging report that provides valuable information to help you predict and control your cash flow.
